WOWEE – where to even start. Charlie curated the most gorgeous bespoke BBQ menu for 35 of us on Saturday. There was a bit of everything for everyone, personal favourites were bone marrow, scallops and mussels. The canapés were gorgeously presented and just tasted so fresh, I was honestly blown away by it all and my friends have been commenting non stop, I will be seeing you for my next event!

Charles created a stunning fish & seafood focused menu for my summer birthday party, and I was absolutely blown away. A particular highlight was the XL Scallop with caviar starter, but every course had rave reviews from my guests. Presentation was absolutely perfect too.

I really appreciated the flexibility and fast replies to my questions. Charles accommodated our change of date twice without fuss! Additionally, when we asked to remove the cheese & crackers from the menu and adjust the total price, he has done that promptly. He also circulated the menus as PDF which is helpful to add into email invites. My manager mentioned the evening went very smoothly and the food was absolutely fantastic ! I would 100% knock on his door again for future events. Finally, the fact that he was able to communicate via different channels ie: Nomad chat function, email , and text message also made it very easy to coordinate details. Thanks Charles !! Christina

Charles designed, prepared and delivered a wonderful menu for us for my daughter’s birthday. He was able to accommodate dietary requirements with ease (which was amazing for me). On top of producing a really delicious meal he was quick to reply to messages, send menu ideas and keep me updated on the evening. He also (equally important to me) kept the kitchen clean and tidy! Charles is incredibly easy to deal with and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Absolutely stellar evening. Charles crafted the perfect night for a fun birthday dinner with mates. Easy to deal with in the build up, Charles was more than happy to tweak the menu to cater for all tastes. On the night Charles and team were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and the lobster rolls stole the show. Spot on!

Charles cooked for 17 of us the most scrumptious feast that was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. He catered brilliantly some of our food intolerances, and designed, prepared and served a perfect meal. In addition to the food, he responds promptly to messages (which is hugely appreciated) and also cleaned the kitchen during the evening (just as appreciated!). I recommend him without hesitation.

We had Charlie cook for a weekend house party in Warwickshire. Communication beforehand was very good, his suggested menus were exactly what we wanted and he was willing and able to accommodate some last minute additional guests. Dinner for 14 on Saturday evening was a triumph (Beef Wellington to die for) followed up with a delicious brunch on Sunday morning to send our guests on their way. To top it all, he left the kitchens in a better state than he found them. We will certainly be booking Charlie again.
